Pilates Classes & Challenges

PILATES BY SARAH JANE creates TRANSFORMATIVE, visible and maintainable results.

Even just committing to one class a week will change how you move and feel in your body.

More than a workout, these once a week classes combine pilates practices, and every second week include breathwork or meditation, to restore the natural order and elevate the mind, body, breath & energy. You’ll leave you feeling equally grounded and energised.

When:
– 1 x Class recording  (Valid for 7 days)
– A new class is released every Thursday at 10am GMT. The pass is for one class only

What:
Each weekly class will vary but may include a variety of:
– classical Pilates (poses)
– more contemporary movements
– creative Pilates sequences & transitions
– Pneuma (breathwork) practices (usually 30 mins duration)
– meditations including some sound healing
– Full and New Moon practices
– Intention Setting
– Nutrition and wellness tips

Who:
This class is open-level, offering pose variations to suit different experience levels. While you can expect a dynamic practice with poses that will build heat & energy, it will be punctuated with moments of gentle movement & stillness. Above all, our primary intention is to stay connected to the present moment and our breath. I invite you to tap into your energy levels & intention on any given day and practice accordingly.

Next Steps:
You can repeat the class as often as you like between live classes. However I will begin offering access to the library of classes in coming months on a subscription basis.
