The tapestry of Jyotisa, western astrology, breathwork, yoga sādhana and Yogic philosophy, Reiki and Sound immersion

A sociology and French graduate, art and poetry lover, pursuer of quiet wild places, and creator of an intimate well-being community that aims to inspire, connect, and ground. Born in Ireland and raised in the English, Irish and French countryside, nature was my first love.

Brought up by an adventurous army father who was also a sculptor, and a literature loving mother- the importance of having an open and curious mind influenced my intentions to write, explore and deepen my conscious awareness. Starting with the memories of simply learning to identify the constellations as a child.

Yoga found me when I was 16, astrology before that. I poured over books about the cosmos and was intrigued by the rebellious seekers who laid the foundations of Indian yogic traditions. Finally I trained to be a teacher in the Himalayas of northern India and combined it with my lifelong practice of both Western and Vedic astrology- the sister science to Yoga.

Over the years, I’ve lived across countries and cultures- from Bali to Lisbon and now Paris, and am excited to share these ancient practices of yoga sadhana, astrology and Reiki with a diverse global community. I've studied with brilliant teachers from India, Ireland, the USA, UK, and Bali—each one contributing a thread to the tapestry of my teaching.

My goal is to bring the essence of reiki through my work- creating a light filled energy ultimately rich with compassion. Fun and joy are also part of breath and movement- as Osho says:

“Take hold of your own life. See that the whole existence is celebrating.
These trees are not serious, these birds are not serious.
The rivers and the oceans are wild,
and everywhere there is fun,
everywhere there is joy and delight.
Watch existence,
listen to the existence and become part of it.”

Because astrology, yoga, reiki, sound at its core, is a practice of remembering. Remembering that we belong. That we are part of something vast, wild, and cyclical. That we are actually nature embodied.

This is a space where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are. These practices aren’t about perfect poses or predicting the future- it’s about honest presence, inner listening, and returning again and again to the breath of your own becoming. Namaste and look forward to meeting you!
