I’m a freelance journalist currently completing my NCTJ Diploma in Multimedia Journalism with News Associates UK.

Writing has always been part of my life- books, poetry and art have shaped me immensely. Born in Ireland and raised on cultural exploration- nature and travel became my first loves. Brought up by an adventurous army father who was also a sculptor, and a literature loving mother- the importance of having an open and curious mind influenced my intentions to write.

A graduate of Sociology, French and later Business & Entrepreneurship, I’ve collected many national and international experiences and am now based in Paris, France. I’m a member of the Society of Freelance Journalists and the National Union of Journalists Paris branch. I write about many things but am chiefly focused on travel, culture, wellness and books
