DAY 1 - A 30 MINUTE BREATHWORK SESSION
In Pilates, the breath is key. We exhale as we exert and it helps us focus and perform the exercise. Breathwork is a practice for mind and body, just like Pilates.
Joseph Pilates reminds us that ‘‘Breathing is the first act of life, and the last.’’ And yet in daily life we forget the power of focused breath. Pneuma breathwork is a powerful clearing practice. Think of it as a detox for the emotional body. Anything you carry emotionally is also stored in the body- breathwork helps us to access this and release it. This relieves anxiety and promotes much greater wellbeing. This session teaches you the practice, but keeping up a weekly breathwork practice will provide noticable benefits.
