Concentrating on your body whilst doing your Pilates exercises – and really tuning into it, brings a new form of awareness and lots of benefits.

By focusing your attention inwards, you can learn to feel where you are moving from and what muscles are working. Through this your body awareness will increase and this can help you become more efficient in your daily movement. So let’s remember this during today’s workout!
