Visualisation Meditation

Today’s meditation is for visualising what we want to create in our lives. These don’t have to be fixed ideas, more a flow that can shift and change. What does your intuition tell you you want to bring into your life? Let those visions come up so you can set the intention to let those things start to naturally unfold in the right timing.

Journal prompts:
- What do I actually want to bring into my life? Choose one key thing to focus on.

- What do I believe having this thing will give me? For example is it freedom, security, more ease day to day?

- Is there another way I could achieve these intentions without this goal, or does this feel like it’s the aligned solution right now?

- Have I asked for it or taken steps towards creating it? How can I get more into the space where this feels like it can naturally flow in?

- Is there anything that comes to mind as to how I might be unconsciously blocking this? If so, how can I take steps towards working with these blocks to release them? Inner work is the key here so when working with blocks, identifying them with the help of a therapist or professional is important. Oftentimes we are unaware of where we might be preventing ourselves from growing by staying stuck in old stories.
